Last Saturday we mentioned Big Ten Commissioner Jim Delany and his request for an apology from Comcast regarding statements made about the new Big Ten Network, a planned cable channel devoted to Big Ten sports. Now it looks like Delany has bigger fish to fry. Michigan Congressman John Dingell has expressed concern that the network is taking something currently available to the public for free and attempting to charge a premium for it.
