San Francisco 49ers coach Mike Nolan and Jacksonville Jaguars coach Jack Del Rio received permission to wear suits on the most popular mystery case files prime suspects sidelines at all eight of cool all new spongebob games their home games this coming season. Nolan said he wants to do this out of "respect I have for the NFL, the San Francisco 49ers, my father and all of the former coaches who have worn suits." At first I thought it was an odd choice, choosing to wear a suit in the early September heat instead of a nice custom made athletic or polo shirt. But given the option to wear a suit and stand still near the breeze of the sideline fans vs. putting on a bunch of padding, a jersey, and and a helmet and running around for three hours, I suppose a suit would not be all that bad.

If you were picked to name the 25 greatest sports moments in the last 25 years, how many of them would come from the NFL? Well, if you're the USA Today newspaper, the answer is zero. As the ProFootballTalk.com web site pointed out today, none of the moments listed by USA Today involved the NFL (unless you count the OJ Simpson murder trial). What did the USA Today include? Nine moments involved baseball, three involved college basketball, there were two for golf and two for hockey, and there were references to women's soccer, tennis, skating, and bicycling. See the full list here.
